Role Title

Customer Service Representative




Role purpose:

The Customer Service Representative will assist the Customer Service Manager in the day-to-day operations, customer interface, required reporting and compliance. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.





Knowledge and Experience

  • Regularly interact with customers both in person and by phone
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided
  • Strict adherence to Keolis and client policies and procedures
  • Sell bus passes and ensure till is balanced
  • Issue ID cards
  • Provide information to the public
  • Other duties as assigned
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must have problem solving skills.
  • Must have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience.
  • Must have good people skills and be prepared to handle upset customers
  • Computer literate


Additional Statements

Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
