Role purpose:

To sustainably improve the organizations performance through the coordination of business planning and subsequent performance monitoring across the organization ensuring that a culture of systematic continuous improvement prevails throughout the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

Business Planning

  • Lead the design, coordination and monitoring of the KTA Business Plan, ensuring that KTA Corporate and each location develop a fit for purpose and relevant business plan. The business plan will bring clarity on:
  • Vision/Values/Mission/Behavior expectations
  • Clarity on how KTA is performing to date, and root causes for any gaps in performance
  • Design strategic objectives, initiatives and KPIs for each of the KeoLife Pillars
  • Bring clarity on how the work in the BP will be implemented: organizational structure, processes, governance

Performance Framework

  • Design and Implement the KTA Performance Framework (Process/Tool/Structure/Governance), documenting how KTA does performance consistently, enabling:
  • A continuous improvement in KTA business performance
  • A model by which we onboard new businesses, bringing immediate consistently in how new contracts lead performance
  • Lead the creation and delivery of the KTA Monthly Reporting
  • Deliver a second breakthrough in visual management – for Corporate, Regions and Locations:
  • Enabling a clearer structure to the data set
  • Leading the performance flyover
  • Driving better understanding and therefore better decisions leading to improved performance

Business Intelligence

  • Assess the quality and the completeness of the data reported in BI:
  • Complete the assessment per pillar and per location
  • Identify potential gaps in data and recommend actions to mitigate gaps
  • Assess the quality of root causes analysis, and when relevant, embed root cause analysis into our performance management

Business excellence, including Risks and Opportunities, Contractual Compliance, Integration of new businesses and project management

  • Lead the review and redesign of KTA’s Integrated Management System, working in collaboration with the KNA and KTA Executive team
  • Design, implement and maintain specific elements of the Integrated Management System: Risks and Opportunities, the Project Management and the Integration management of new businesses
  • On request from the CEO KTA, be accountable for the delivery of specific KTA major projects.



Business Development


  • Lead the coordination of the Clients' relationship through the coordination of Clients' visits including pre-meeting brief information from Business Development
  • Lead the internal and external communication work streams with the KNA Marketing functions supporting the KNA executives with coordinating the preparation of content.
  • Be accountable for the Partnership Pillar Report providing a summary of the partnering work completed within the month (reactive media, social media and internal communication activities) Administration (calendar, travel, note taking)
  • Clients/Marketing

Office Management

  • Be accountable for operationalizing the KTA business plan through calendar coordination
  • Monitor the travel expenses for KTA
  • Be accountable for office management, including coordination of booking of external venues and internal meeting room
