KEOLIS IS HIRING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN OUR FRESNO OFFICE!


JOB STATEMENT:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for accomplishing day to day administrative tasks for the General Manager and serves as the General Manager’s key assistant in the area of contract administration assurance.

DUTIES:

    Prepare staff meeting minutes including action item and routine status reports.
    Establish and maintain contract administration files and deliverable status file.
    Customer service support as needed
    Write letters and other correspondence for the General Manager.
    Proofread and edit documents.
    Assist with filing and organization of information.
    Maintain the office calendar, including the schedule for the General Manager.
    Assist with travel arrangements for the General Manager and maintain travel records.
    Prepare expense reports and reimbursement forms for the General Manager.
    Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.
    Assist with meeting planning as needed.
    Perform any and all other additional clerical duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

    Strong Micorsoft Office (Word and Excel Skills)
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
    Excellent Customer Service Skills
    Excellent spelling and grammar skills
    Excellent communication skills
